A cancellation policy is usually one of the first things people look at when deciding who or if to rent. We try to make things as easy for everyone involved. That’s why our policy is unlike anyone else in the industry.
Purpose Of A Cancellation Policy
Traditionally, companies use cancellation policies to protect themselves from lost potential revenue. So if you cancel, and they can’t rent to someone else, they still make the money they would have had they supplied the rental. This policy is great for the company and usually keeps honest people honest.
We have chosen to take another route with our policy that is more customer friendly for a number of reasons.
First, we don’t believe any of our customers rent with the intention of holding up our inventory to hurt our sales. If someone calls to rent, it’s because they know we give great service and only cancel when they absolutely must.
Second, because we give our customers the best service possible, we have a growing customer base and can usually offer the slide to another customer even on short notice.
Third, for a variety of reasons in itself, our cancellation policy makes it easier for us.
Basics Of Our Cancellation Policy
No deposit is required at booking. Only a signature is needed to finalize your reservation. This means that if you need to cancel, all we ask is that you let us know before the morning of delivery. However, we prefer to know as early as possible.
If you’ve made an early payment and need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund of any amount paid.
We don’t even ask to know the reason for cancelling. It’s truly a no hassle policy.
